A menu analysis is a service designed for restaurants who would like to display the nutrition information of their dishes on their menu. Danielle McCauley, RD will work with the restaurant manager or chef to assess the nutrition content of each entrée, dish and/or beverage. Generally the calorie, carbohydrate, and fat content for each entrée is recommended to be available for costumers.
The fee schedule for the menu analysis is based on menu size.
