It is pretty difficult to find a dietitian who does private consultations in Hawaii, but luckily I found Danielle's website through the American Dietetic Association. I e-mailed her to see if a consultation was right for me and she responded within a few hours, having taken the time to research my condition. I was pretty impressed. My appointment with her was informative, helpful and practical - and definitely worth the drive from town to Kailua. Danielle is very personable and professional, and knows her stuff. Highly recommended!
